Build custom reports on profit, tax, and shipping

Most dealers can tell you roughly how the month went. Far fewer can say exactly how much sales tax they collected last quarter, which brands carried the best margin, or how much open memo stock is sitting with one wholesale partner. The answers exist, but they're scattered across invoices and spreadsheets. Elefta's custom reports pull them together in a few clicks.

Build the report you actually need

The report builder starts from your transactions. Choose sales or memos, then narrow the results with filters. You can filter on the items themselves, such as brand, product type, or any other attribute you track, not just on the invoice. Pick the columns you want to see, and Elefta builds the report with subtotals included. It works across watches, jewelry, handbags, and accessories.

Sales tax, shipping, and fees

Each sale's breakdown can appear as its own column: sales tax, shipping, and fees or discounts. You can also filter on whether a sale includes them. For example, pull every sale that had sales tax applied, with the tax amount in its own column, ready for your accountant. That used to mean going through invoices one at a time.

Cost and profit, for the right people

Add cost and profit to a report to see what you really made, not just what you sold. Because these are your most sensitive numbers, access depends on each user's role. Owners see cost and profit, and staff without that permission don't see those columns at all. Sold inventory works the same way: sold date and sold price are available to the team, while profit stays owner-only.

Quick reports from the sales page

Not every report needs the builder. On the sales page, select the orders you want and download a PDF report. It lists each order's number, date, customer, items, total, balance, and status, with misc items and trade-ins included. It's an easy way to send a partner a statement or review what's still open. The sales page also shows quick stats for your selection, so you can see totals without leaving the list.

Export and take it with you

Reports export as clean PDFs, with your columns in the order you chose and totals at the bottom. Custom reports are in the Elefta mobile app too, so you can check your numbers from anywhere, even a show floor.
